The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP colour multifunction system combines top-of-the-line print, copy, scan and fax capabilities with superb solid ink colour. It is ideal for busy workgroups requiring multifunction system capabilities that deliver high performance.  Two simultaneous jobs, such as printing and faxing, can be performed without delay. Combined functionality enables space saving as well as cost control through job accounting and access control features.  

Output is fast - with full-page colour at 30 ppm and a mere 6 seconds for the first print out. Robust network scanning capabilities boost productivity with best-in-class functionality, and the Xerox Scan Utility allows scan to e-mail from desktop and templates. Nuance™ software enables desktop scanning with powerful optical character recognition (OCR) and file manipulation capabilities.
